A set of 11 bolts is all that secure the valve cover to the head on 90-05 Miata.

You'll just need a 10mm socket, extension, and ratchet to removed your old bolts and replace with this shiny new set!
Highly recommend that you follow the tightening pattern and torque the bolts as directed by Mazda.
We are not responsible if you tighten the bolts way too much and break one.
That's why a torque wrench is recommended to tighten to the proper torque.
**Torque spec range on these bolts is 43-78 inch-lb (that's INCH pounds).
**Please refer to Mazda procedure for proper tightening sequence.

*Option: We also offer the 11 Long + 2 Short bolts as an option for the 90-97 Miata that used the 2 short bolts in front for the breather tube.
The 2 short bolts are just to hold on the breather tube - they don't actually hold the valve cover to the head of the engine (beauty only).
